Why We Built This Site
Public court information in Kansas is available through several official channels, but the custodian changes with the record. The Chase County District Court Clerk maintains local state trial-court files. Kansas CaseSearch supplies public case information, and the Fifth Judicial District calendar reports planned settings. City offices handle municipal ordinance matters, while federal records use an entirely separate court system. This private reference brings those lines together with official links, practical request steps, and the case-number patterns observed in Chase County sources.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket help: ways to read Chase County criminal court dockets and civil court dockets
- Dates and settings: how to review the court schedule and confirm an appearance
- Case lookup: steps for a docket search by case number, citation, party, or business
- Copies and files: routes for court case records and clerk-certified copies
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Kansas court, clerk, or agency. Our role has firm limits:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Third-party providers power search boxes found on some pages. Each provider operates its own service, determines its prices, and controls the results it returns. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may generate a referral fee for us, which supports free public access to this reference. We neither set the provider’s charges nor control the contents of its reports.
